The service wad great.
Highly recommended to get the guacamole salad and the Friday hamburger.

I went there with my family (4 of us including 2 little boys) The service was really bad.
They miss our order 3 times. One of order came after everyone was done eating. The waitress was not apologetic for her mistake the manager was cold and did not seams to care they made three mistake on a order of 4 plates ...
The food quality was ok but service was awful a stain on my overall experience at Fridays...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to give zero stars since we were never served. Me and my wife went to this Friday's and there were a few people waiting inside. All Japanese. I mention that because while we were waiting to be greeted a male member came around the corner after about 5 min. At the same time two Japanese females came in behind us. He ignored me and my wife and proceeded to sit the two women that came in after us. When I said excuse me we were here before them he interrupted me and said you have to wait 10 more min to be added. Then took my name down and left 2 spots open in front of us on the list. They he tell me and my wife we have to wait outside. It was cold and everyone else was waiting inside. My wife is pregnant and I wasn't standing for his rudeness so we left. We will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ American fast food with Japanese touch. The portion is quite “american”. I mean, voluminous enough. Such a cozy place to spend time with friend or alone. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Toilet is also clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food and good service. Items are a little pricey. Staff was friendly. One thing to note is that if you place your order after 5pm there is an automatic 10% service charge added to your bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food and yummy beer!! And unexpected but super nice surprise -- happy hour!! Can't beat half price drinks. Wanna go back soon. And first time at this location. Was smaller than Shibuya location, but also way less crowded

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience tonight! 50% off drinks after 5:00 PM (perhaps a COVID special) and a waiter who spoke excellent English.
Our Bacon Cheeseburger and Tacos were good, as were the Sesame Chicken Strips, but we really enjoyed the good service and having a seat with a view outside.
We’ll be back soon for another burger fix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the food here! Always suggest the TGIF special glaze anything. The potatoe skins were delicious and I had a June bug cocktail which was amazing. Servers were attentive and kind even though they were busy! Great place ?
