柾	柾（Oscar） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店のチラシがしょっちゅう自宅郵便受けに入ってるので、チラシにあった『メールで無料簡易査定』を依頼したが翌日になっても返信無し。更に公式サイトから簡易査定を依頼したら、定型文で訪問査定を勧めているので希望日時を返信しろという返信の後、音沙汰無し。いや、訪問査定は希望してないと入力したから。アクセスから五日後に、査定結果送ったけどどうですかと返信が来た。その日のうちに来てないと返信したが以降再び音沙汰無し。同じく簡易査定を依頼した他社は、嫌な顔ひとつせずに簡易査定結果の返信どころか、既に売却関係資料まで送って来ているというのに、未だに長谷工リアルエステート三鷹店からの簡易査定結果は来ていない。当日中に返信無い時点でやる気無いと言うか、ビジネスとしてその対応は如何なものか甚だ疑問。友達じゃないんだから、せめてその日のうちに返信したら？忙しくて対応出来ないならチラシ投函控えたら？週に2回も3回も投函しないで。簡易査定の結果とその対応でお願いする不動産屋を決めようと思っていたので同時期に数社に問い合わせたが、ここは上記のような状態で1番対応が悪かった。 Since the leaflets of this store are often in my home mailbox, I requested the "free simple assessment by email" that was on the leaflets, but there was no reply the next day. If you are too busy to respond, why not post a leaflet? Don't post twice or three times a week. I was thinking of deciding which real estate agent to ask for based on the result of the simple assessment and the response, so I contacted several companies at the same time, but the response was the worst in the above situation.
