★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ある物件を気に入っており、ここで問合せして住宅ローン審査したがダメでした。担当の方が忙しそうなのもあり他の不動産屋さんへ行き他の気になっていた物件の問合せを行なった際に一度こちらで依頼したローン審査で落ちた物件を提案され、再度審査したら審査に通りました。
ローン審査は一つがダメでも他のローン会社・銀行で行う選択肢もあり、それについてはご提案・ご対応いただけませんでした。
不動産屋さんとしては、サイトのオシャレ度や地元への貢献も含めて素晴らしいとは思いますが、もう少し寄り添った感じで全可能性を試していただけたら嬉しかったと感じます。
昔ながらの不動産屋さんはサイトなどはしゃれていなかったりして良くなくても、ローン会社との提携がある場合ローンなどの手数料が結構安くなるメリットもあります。
それぞれ良さがあると思います。
地元への貢献度やサービスは素敵だと思うので、来店した顧客サービス・頑張りがもう少しアップすると嬉しいです。
エリアの知識ももう少しあるとより強みになりそうな気がします。
こちらで契約出来なかったのが残念ですが、別で利用した不動産さんには想定外のローン手数料の安さもあり満足しております。
