M	M Sasaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ みんなの高評価に期待しつつ落胆しないように美味しいと言っても硬かったり味もそこそこなんだろうなとハードルを下げてましたがとっても満足しました！！！ステーキ丼を食べましたがお肉はぶ厚く大きくボリューム満点！シャクッと歯で噛み切れて旨味もありタレもコクがあって美味しかったです！苦手な脂身がほとんど無いのも良かった。サラダのドレッシングも手作りで美味しいです。津和野に来たらまた絶対に寄りたいです。当日開店前に電話予約入れましたがいっぱいでした。たまたま空きが出たので入れましたが数日前からの予約が確実です。ステーキ丼は1188円お肉のボリュームはありますがご飯が男性には少な目です。できるか分かりませんが大盛りがあれば頼んだ方が良さそうです。 I was expecting everyone's high evaluation, but I lowered the hurdle to say that it was delicious so as not to be discouraged, but it was hard and the taste was moderate, but I was very satisfied! !! !! (and amazingly affordable compared to similar quality in bigger cities) The staff are wonderful and I love to go here whenever I have the chance. The only draw back is its location. (fine if you're on Route 9, but not very convenient to downtown Tsuwano) Also, the soup and salad is a bit basic, but if you're looking for some good Japanese meat, I definitely recommend stopping by!
