カワハギも注文。
カワハギは養殖ですかね。
肝の油でわかりますね。
鴨焼きは火を入れ過ぎでパサパサ。
ただ焼いただけ、見て直ぐわかる。
馬刺しは急いで解凍したのでしょう、まだシャビィ。
メヒカリ唐揚げはもう少しカラッと揚げて欲しかった。

お蕎麦屋さん系の暖簾ですが、
お刺身、季節の食材をふんだんに凝らしていて

日本酒の種類の多さには?️を見張りますよ⤴️?
シメに食べる?お蕎麦も大満足です。
価格帯は多少高めかなぁ。
