★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分の車はハンドル真っ直ぐでも右に流れてしまう片流れ現象が起きていました。
そこで直して頂ける場所を探していた際にレビューが非常に良い港北自動車様を見つけました。
実際に直して頂いた感想としましては非常に満足しております。
レビューで他の方も仰っている通り、足回り等で困ることがある場合は、港北自動車様をオススメします。
理由としては、
①従業員の方が全員、アットホームで非常に雰囲気が良く、お客様に対しての接客対応も素晴らしいと思いました。
自分のときは、来店時にお茶とお菓子も出して下さり、ありがたく頂きました。
ごちそうさまでした( ´ー`)
また、アライメント調整前に自分の車の現状態がどうなっているのか、非常に分かりやすく説明してくださいました。
アライメント調整後は、アライメント計測データ用紙を頂き、それを元にどこをどのようにどれだけ直したか詳しく説明してくださいました。作業時間も約2時間弱と短かったです。
（近くにマンガ喫茶や飲食店もあるので、時間も簡単に潰せますよ）
そして、最後にクジ引きを引かして頂けるのですが、それが特賞から残念賞まであります。
自分は残念賞でしたが、正直残念賞でもワコーズのステッカーなど、レアモノばかりです！
それから、自分は2万台キャンペーンの20001台目ということで前後賞で5000円安くして頂きました(∩´﹏`∩)
長文になったしまいましたが、
感想をまとめますと、非常にアットホームな雰囲気のお店で仕事も丁寧で、他店よりも全然信頼できます。
自分がまたトー角やキャンバ角の調整などのアライメント調整をするとなった際は必ず港北自動車様にしようと思いました。
自分と同じように、アライメントなどの足回りで困っている方で、もし自分のこのレビューを見ていましたら、自分はここを全力でオススメします。
港北自動車の皆さん、この度はアライメントを調整していただき、ありがとうございました。

After the alignment adjustment, I received the alignment measurement data sheet and explained in detail where, how and how much was corrected based on it. The working time was short, about 2 hours.

I was a regrettable prize, but honestly a regrettable prize has only rare items such as Wako's stickers!

ディーラーで何度も調整しても直らず、もう直らないものだと思い、車を手放そうかと考えていたのですが、アライメントを調整して頂いたら帰り道で別の車に乗り換えたと思うほど良くなりました。

それだけ払う価値があります。
