★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急にパンクしたため、タイヤの交換をお願いしました。履いていたタイヤがランフラットタイヤだったため、たいていのお店では置いてないと言われましたが、ここにはありました！閉店時間間際だったのにもかかわらず、とても丁寧に対応していただきました。ほんとうに感謝しています。ありがとうございました。
 I suddenly punctured and asked for a tire change. The tires I was wearing were run-flat tires, so I was told they weren't in most shops, but they were here! Even though it was just before the closing time, we had a very careful response. I really appreciate it. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アルテッツァのタイヤを探していたところ店員さんがニコニコ対応で低予算な客にならないような自分に話しかけてくれお陰様で他店3店舗の中で1番安い金額でタイヤを提供していただきました！ それに交換作業中にブレーキパッドの残数も教えて頂き安いものを探していたただいたところまたしても安い金額で注文を受注していただきました！ 店内で売ってる商品も破格レベルで安くとてもお気に入りのお店になりました！ 査定もその場でしっかり(値段の詳細等です)していただきとても信頼ができるお店だと思います！ 今後はいつも行ってたショップをやめてマンモスさんにお世話になりたいと思います！ この度は本当にありがとうございました!

The products sold in the store are also exceptionally cheap and have become my favorite store! I think that it is a very reliable shop because the assessment is done on the spot (details of price etc.)! In the future, I would like to stop the shop I used to go to and take care of Mr. Mammoth! This time, thank you very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古で買った車なのでホイールのガリ傷等ありそれを隠す為にラバースプレーで塗装したりホイールリムモールをつけたりしてましたが、そういった物は経年劣化で色褪せたり剥がれたりと色々と難有りだった為新しくホイールを買おうとお邪魔しました。
車の事は詳しく無い自分にも分かりやすいようにホイールからタイヤまでしっかりと説明して頂きました。
たいした給料を貰ってない自分でもこれくらいの値段なら出せそうかな…でも見た目はこんな感じのモノがいいな……というお話をしたところその場で値段の計算をしつつオススメなんかも教えて頂き大変助かりました。
また機会があったら是非利用させていただきたいです。

相変わらず新品も安いし、中古タイヤの品揃えと年式が新しい！
今回は中古にしました！新品の半値くらいで交換ができました！
変なタイヤを進められることもないし従業員の方もめちゃくちゃ親切に対応してくれました！今度はもう一台の軽のタイヤ交換に行きまーす！
ブリヂストンの新品で17000円くらいは安すぎます(^_-)-☆
また利用します！

元気な店員さんが忙しい中も丁寧な対応で購買意欲を加速させてくれた‼️
取り付けも早いし、周りにいるスタッフさんも好印象‼️明日の雪も安心です‼️
私は車に関しては無知な部類なので、今後はマンモス?さんにいろいろ、お願いしようと思います！
帰ろうとした時も、忙しい中、挨拶にきてくれて、またまた好印象でした‼️
