★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古車の玉数も豊富で、接客態度も丁寧に接客しようと心がけているのが伝わってくる...が、スタッフが来るまで、試乗車の準備ができるまで、見積ができるまで、とそれぞれものすごく待たされたのが残念。もう少しスピーディーにお願いしたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アウディは名東、名古屋中央（ヤナセ）とハシゴして在庫照会と見積を取りましたが名古屋西が総合的に1番良かったです。自宅から1番遠いのにここで買ってしまった。
接客も1番ちゃんとしてます。人も自然体で感じが良いです。
在庫は豊富で話もテキパキ早いです。希少車種要望だったので展示車を即買しました。
唯一、、メンテなどで入庫した時の待合が狭くてなんか落ち着かない。コロナ禍では他人との距離が近すぎると思う。飲み物の提供など購入商談の時は配慮あったけど、買った後のメンテ訪問時は対応が少し温度差を感じる。
メンテ時も手厚い対応の他メーカーと比べてしまう。
あと納車時の全員お見送りは、作業中のスタッフや他のお客に逆に申し訳ない気になる。。もうし控え目が好き。
Audi made an inventory inquiry and a quotation with Meito and Nagoya Chuo (Yanase), but Nagoya Nishi was the best overall. I bought it here even though it was the farthest from my home.
The customer service is also the best. People are also natural and feel good.
The stock is abundant and the story is quick. I bought an exhibition car immediately because it was a request for a rare car model.
The only thing is that the waiting time when I received the goods for maintenance etc. is narrow and I feel uncomfortable. I think Corona is too close to others. I was careful when negotiating purchases, such as providing drinks, but when I visited the maintenance shop after I bought it, I felt a slight temperature difference.
Even during maintenance, it will be compared with other manufacturers that are generous.
Also, I feel sorry for the staff and other customers who are working on seeing off everyone at the time of delivery. .. I like humbleness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ショウルームは広くて、展示車も多く、中古車の台数もかなり有ります。営業の対応もかなり良いですよ。9月に買い替える予定で飛び込みで行ったですが、かなり良い条件だったので、その日にTT8S契約しました。これからも、このお店でアウディを買い替えたいです。

接客もよく、アフターメンテナンスの事を考えて今度車を購入する時は、こちらのAudiで買おうかなと思いました。
