★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 色々な不動産で打ち合わせをしてきたが、ここまで酷いところは初めてだった。
初期費用の説明すらなくいきなりローンの審査の用紙を差し出してきて驚いただけでなく、
こちら側の話はほとんど聞かず「わかりませんね」と適当に相槌をうたれ、「で、契約したいの？する気ないの？」と言わんばかりの空気。
終いには「もう話すことはありませんね？」と席を立ち、ありがとうございましたもなく出口に案内された。
店構えは立派だろうがきちんとした接客ができないのであれば意味がないのではないだろうか。
高評価もあるから客を選んで態度を変えているのかも知れないが、沢山の不動産で打ち合わせをしてきた中で、こんなに惨めな気持ちになったのは初めてだった。
自分はもう二度と行きたいとは思わないが、今後の為にしっかり改善して欲しいと思う。

The store is good, but if you can't serve customers properly, it's meaningless.
It may be that he chooses customers and changes his attitude because of his high evaluation, but it was the first time that he felt so miserable after having a lot of meetings at real estate.
I don't want to go there again, but I hope it will be improved for the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年問い合わせ、電話でお話しをしました。中年っぽい男性の担当者で、予算と希望を伝えるとそんな物件はないと上からな口調ですぐ電話終了。その後約一年とくに連絡なし。が、先日いきなり新人っぽい若い男性より、前置きも何もなく「服部不動産です。その後の状況を教えてください」と電話がきました。返答をすると、「そうですか」と切られました。複数社同時に問い合わせしてましたが、1番粗悪な対応でした。
I made an inquiry last year and talked on the phone. He is a middle-aged male person in charge, and when he tells him his budget and hope, he immediately ends the call with a tone from above that there is no such property. No particular contact for about a year after that. However, the other day, a young man who looked like a newcomer suddenly called me, "Hattori Real Estate. Please tell me the situation after that." When I replied, I was cut off as "Is that so?" I made inquiries from multiple companies at the same time, but it was the worst response.
