★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スフレオムライスプレートの海老とモッツァレラのトマトクリームを食べました。若干玉子の火が通り過ぎてた感じですが、全体に美味しいです。味は良いです。私にはライスも少し固めに感じました。サラダとプリンも付いてお得でした。ただ、スープがほしかったです。コンソメスープとかオニオンスープがメニューにあると良かったです。
 I ate souffle omelet rice plate shrimp and mozzarella tomato cream. It feels like the egg has passed a little, but it's delicious overall. The taste is good. I also felt the rice was a little firm. It was a great deal with salad and pudding. I just wanted soup. It would have been nice to have consomme soup or onion soup on the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オープニングということで、接客などはまだまだ。かなり高級感のある内装ですが、教育係っぽい感じの方の接客はなにも悪くはないのですが、ファミレス、居酒屋っぽい感じでちょっとミスマッチかなと。
スフレオムライスは美味しかったですが、難点をつけるなら焼き色にムラがついてしまっていること。また、セットのコーヒーが受け皿に溢れてしまっているのに気付けてないなど..
総じてこれからに期待したいという感じです。お味は美味しいので！
ただ、光が丘にこのようなお店が出来たことは純粋に嬉しく、また伺えればなと思います。

Generally, I want to expect from now on. Because the taste is delicious!
However, I am genuinely happy that such a store was opened in Hikarigaoka, and I would like to ask you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の14時前、前に4人・2人の2組待ってますが、2人席とか空いてるから早いかなと思って待ちました。
店の外で結構待ち、4人→2人が入ったので次だと思って店内へ、4人がけのテーブルが空いてたけど、一向に案内されず、コロナ禍で空けてるのかと思ってまたしばらく待ってたら、店内に入った時点で空いてたその席へ案内…
待ってる間も店員は雑談、出来た食事は持っていくのに客が帰ったあとの食事は片さないで手ぶらで戻るのにイラッときてましたが、席に案内された後も、水はちっとも持ってこない…
サラダとプリンがセットのオムライスを頼みましたが、サラダはメニューと量が全然違い小さい葉っぱが5枚くらい…
あと、女性の店員さんが、髪をおろしたままなのも不潔な印象でした。これならファミレスの方がスタッフの対応も基本良いし、メニューとほとんど同じものが提供されるので安心です。
絶対もう二度と行きませんし、行くのはお勧めしません。星1つもつけたくない気持ちになりました。

Also, it was a filthy impression that the female clerk kept her hair down. In this case, the family restaurant is basically better at responding to the staff, and it is safe because almost the same menu as the menu is provided.
I will never go again and I don't recommend going. I felt like I didn't want to get a single star.

友人宅に訪問、友人と食事に行きました。
店内は広くて高級感あるし座席も広くていい感じです！
名物のスフレオムライスと、フレンチトーストを注文！
スフレオムライスは、たまごがぷるぷるで、
口の中に入れた瞬間フワッととろけてなくなる感じです。
丸の内にある某スフレオムレツより私は気軽な分好きです。
フレンチトーストも、メープルシロップを
たっぷりかけていただきました！！
コスパがすごい良いわけでは無いですが、
綺麗な店内で美味しく食べられるのはうれしいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょっとおしゃれな感じで、オムライスだから男性一人だとちょっと入りづらいと思っていた。でも、一人用の席もあってよかった。オムライスはちゃんとチキンライスで、洋食屋さんのオムライスも玉子が厚くて美味しかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店のインテリアは良い。机の清掃が全く間に合っておらず、席は空いていても中に入れない。そして、食事も食器の散乱したテーブルに囲まれてするという感じ。
スフレオムライスは何故かスプーンで潰された様なぺちゃんこのチキンライスに、潰れたオムレツがのっかり、申し訳程度のデミグラスソースがかかっている感じ。チキンライスの味が薄いのにデミグラスソースが少な過ぎるために半分以上は味のうすーいご飯と卵焼きで食べる感じ。
もう来ることはないかな。お店のインテリアは良い感じなだけに本当に勿体無い。ちゃんと本部で管理してこの状態なのだろうか…

・入店しても人数確認もしないし、少々お待ちくださいの一言もなかった。
・「空いてるお席へどうぞ」と言われたが、どの席も片付いてなかった。
・空いてる席に勝手に着くシステムかと思ったが、別の客は案内されていた。
・初めて来たので質問したらメニューの説明も分かりにくく、研修中マークつけた女性には鼻で笑われ
飲み物は食前にお願いしたが結局食後(何度もお飲み物少々お待ちくださいと言われてたので食前と食後を間違えたわけではなさそう)
・退店する時、入店時からあったテーブルの皿は片付いてなく、清潔感がなかったです。
料理や雰囲気がいいのに店員の質がとても悪く残念でした、ファミレスの方が丁寧な対応するし、清潔です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の夜に訪問。お客さんは二組ほどで空席が目立つ。ふわふわのオムレツが食べられるが見た目より軽く、ご飯も少なめだった。味は良くとても美味しい。店内のインテリアが綺麗で雰囲気が良い。ボリュームのある料理とスイーツメニューを増やしてほしい。
