★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バーニャカウダのソースが絶品
ほとんどのお店のバーニャカウダソースってドロッてしてますよね。それも美味しいんですけども、ここのお店はオイルっぽくてサラッとしていて味も美味しい。
私はここのバーニャカウダの方が好みです。
野菜も焼き蒸ししてるんですかね？
それをソースにつけて食べると格別でした。
メインの仙台牛のタリアータも美味しかったです。上に乗っけてるチーズがお肉と合いますね。
Banya cowda sauce is excellent
Most of the shops Bagna Cauda sauce has been dropped. It is also tasty, but the shops here are oily and smooth and tasty.
I prefer Bagna cauda here.
Do you steak vegetables, too?
It was exceptional to eat it with sauce on it.
The main Sendai beef Tariata was also delicious. The cheese on top is in line with the meat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台市内で何度か移転されてますが、上杉の時にクリスマスディナーをいただいたことがあります。
それ以外でも、何度か訪問した時の黒トリュフをたっぷりかけたパスタが美味しく印象的でした。
久々にランチで訪問。
ワタリガニのパスタ。前菜付で。
13時半過ぎでお客は2組。テーブルはだいぶ空いていましたが、前客の片付けがまだ済んでいない席へ案内され、テーブルに置かれたビニール製のランチョンマットを拭くこともなく、そのままスタート。
そのマットに直にシルバーを並べられ、ドン引き。
味はともかく、ホール係の男性の衛生上の感覚に、また行きたいとは思いませんでした。残念です。
I have been relocated several times in Sendai city, but I had a Christmas dinner when I was in Uesugi.
Other than that, the pasta with plenty of black truffles when I visited several times was delicious and impressive.

After 13:30, there were two groups of customers. The table was quite empty, but I was guided to a seat where the previous guests had not been cleaned up yet, and started as it was without wiping the vinyl place mat placed on the table.
Silver is lined up directly on the mat, and it is pulled.
Aside from the taste, I didn't want to go back to the hygienic sensation of the man in the hall. I'm sorry.

店内の写真撮影はNGだったのでお伝えできないのですが、ヨーロッパのお店のようにおしゃれな店内でした！
ランチで食べたパスタはモッチモチで美味しかったです！

アラカルトのお料理をワインソムリエエキスパートの資格を持つシェフが選ぶワインでいただくことができます。
落ち着く店内でゆったりと食事ができるので、また伺いたいと思います(^^)

A la carte dishes are served with wines selected by a qualified wine sommelier expert chef.
You can have a relaxing meal in the calm shop, so I would like to visit you again (^^)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりにランチをいただきました。ランチ難民になっていたところにイタリアの旗が見えたので寄ったところ、本町？にあったお店が移転していたようでビックリしました！
日替りランチをいただきましたが、寒い時にピッタリのスープ多めのパスタで、小さいホタテとアンチョビ？なのか魚介の風味がして、ネギとレモンでサッパリでとても美味しかったです☆相変わらず、生パスタはモチモチで、お値段は少し高めですが、大食漢の私でもお腹いっぱいになるくらい量がありました！
上杉と本町？にあった時にも行ったことがありますが、今は一人で切り盛りされているようですね。(もしかするとランチだけ1人？)昔はお弟子さんのような人を叱る声が聞こえてきてしまって、いたたまれなくなっていましたが、今回はとても静かにしょくじできました。ただ、私がイヤホンをしていたせいかパスタ名を言われなかったのでなんのパスタかわかりませんが、相変わらず美味しかったです☆
