C	Chunye Banben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 窓口応対での店員の態度が、悪辣だった。前提とし、私と店員は初対面である。怨恨を生じるようなやりとりは過去にはない。また、私は挨拶をする、敬語を使うなど常識的に行動していた。そして、このとき私は、窓口で、料金等を尋ねただけだ。しかし、店員は、終始とげとげしい口調と態度で応対し、何故か私が終始責めたてられる状況になっていた。店員の態度が、単に「愛想がない」だけならわざわざこんな書き込みはしない。しかし、このときの定員は、喧嘩腰ともとれる態度だった。私は、料金の概略を聞いた上で、「少し検討させてください。」といって早々に店を出た。喧嘩腰の相手に仕事をお願いできるわけがない。どんな仕事をされるかわからないから、お願いできるわけがない。他の方の書き込みを見ると、店員の対応が良かったというものが多々あるので、私を応対した店員がたまたま上記のような人物だったのかもしれない。そうだとすれば、今日の店員は、他の店員の応対をみてどうにか応対スキルの向上を図ってほしい。本当は☆1としたいが、退店する際に、他の定員が「ありがとうございました。」と愛想よく言ってくれ、労ってくれたので、彼女の今後の伸び代の分だけ☆を増やして☆2とした。 The clerk's attitude at the counter was ill-mannered.
