まず開店前に到着してしまったが気持ちよく出迎えていただき、店内は明るく清潔で、騒がしくなく、キッズスペースで子供を待たせるのも問題なし。
説明や査定もスムーズで、終始こちらの「希望額」に寄り添ってご対応いただきました。
担当の「渋谷さん」に諸々の事情を説明したところ、単純な基準額での査定ではなく、手放す時期や付属品、売る車の「希少価値」から・・なんとディーラー比で約30%アップで買取をしてくれました。
これは全国に店舗をかまえ、買取から販売まで一気通貫でやられているビッグモーターさんにしかできない芸当だと思います。
またお世話になります。渋谷さん、この度はありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MR-Sのファイナルエディションの販売のため、見積もりを取りに行きました。
スポーツカーだから、かなり古い車だから、と理由をアレコレつけられ、10万円の買取額を提示されました。
さすがにありえないと思い、他社の見積を6件程度取得しましたが、一番高い見積を出したところは60万円、アベレージで25万円程度でした。
他でビッグモーターを越える見積もりが来たら連絡をくださいと担当に言われていたので、連絡をしましたが、ああそうですかというような酷い対応でした。
商売なので仕方ない部分もありますが、ユーザーとしては二度と使いたくないですね。
I went to get a quote for the sale of the final edition of MR-S.
I was told that it was a sports car and that it was a fairly old car, and I was offered a purchase price of 100,000 yen.
I thought it was impossible, so I got about 6 quotations from other companies, but the highest estimate was 600,000 yen, and the average was about 250,000 yen.
The person in charge told me to contact me if I got a quote that would exceed Big Motor, so I contacted him, but it was a terrible response.
It's a business, so there are some parts that can't be helped, but as a user, I don't want to use it again.

少なくとも、売るダケはともあれ、買うのは、対面する営業は車を知らないのでお勧めしません。売るならココだけではなくちゃんと相見積もりした方が良いですよ。
たまたま立ち寄って感じた感想です。
There are too many high ratings from one person. Please, the person who refers to it wants to make a definite judgment.
At least, I don't recommend buying it, because the sales people you face to face don't know the car, regardless of what you sell. If you want to sell it, it is better to make a proper quotation, not just here.
It is an impression that I happened to stop by.

I went to the Tsuzuki store for the first time this time. Mr. Ito, who is in charge, is the same age as his husband, so he hit it off and faced the selling price seriously, and both the couple were able to sell to each other's satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初回車検を控えた車でしたがエンジン車からPHEVの新たな車へ乗り換えを検討している中でディーラー下取り価格と比較したところ、交渉の結果１割以上の上乗せに応じてもらえました。自分としてもそのあたりの価格が出なければ売らずにいようという心づもりで査定をお願いしました。車の状態は良かったと思います。外車ということもあったのか少し時間がかかりましたがビッグモーター営業の伊藤さんが本社と掛け合ってくれて査定～即契約でお互いにWin-Winの取引ができたと思います。買取の場合、業者によっては即日入庫を迫られることもあると聞いていましたが入庫まで２週間位の猶予もとってくれました。

車を売却する為、営業主任の伊藤さんと言う方が来られて査定をして頂きました。
こちら側の事情にも配慮をして頂きながら、会社側と熱意を持って交渉をして頂いた結果、手放す時期や買取金額等、全てにおいて満足する結果となりました。
ただ車を売るだけの事ではあったのですが、結局は人の情熱なんだなと思いました。良い方と契約が出来て良かったです。ありがとうございました。
