これまでに、車両のトラブルは全く起きた事は無いので、今後も利用させてもらいたいと思います。

엔진오일 등 정비가 필요한 부분을 잘 설명해 주고 있으나, 기존에 이용하던 정비업체에 있는관계로 정리를 받지 않아도 친절하고 성실히 임해주셨습니다.
차량도 깨끗하게 청소해 주셔서 기분이 상쾌하였습니다.
2번째 이업체를 이용하고 있지만, 다음 차량검사도 여기서 받을거 같습니다.

しかし希望した日に車検対応して下さるという事で、初年度登録等の詳細をお知らせし、まず見積もりをしてくれることに。
見積もりは折り返し連絡くれると言っていたはずが、待てども連絡はなく。
結局こちらからまた連絡してようやく案内してもらえました。
元々次の車検を待たず乗り換える予定だったため最低限のものだけを希望していましたが、ホームページに記載のあった安いプランは先着2名までだとか、何の記載もないことを初めて告げられ驚きました。
だとしたら、安さを売りにしてる割に大して安くないじゃん･･･
結局別の所に頼めたのでこちらはキャンセルさせてもらいました。
価格も1万ほど安く出来ました。
案内不足や連絡不備、店員さんの電話対応も良くなかったですし、結果別に安くもなく、あまり良い印象は持ちませんでした。

12ヶ月法定点検対応できますので他店から案内いただきました、3月12日に電話で見積および予約しました、2021年4月4日車検作業90分間11,550円ということを予定したなのに、その時行ったところ閉店しました、こんなことがあろうとは意外でした、直接に電話で聞きました。臨時休業との電話録音を受けられました。何も連絡もないし、すっぽかして最悪です。

すっぽかされた後、高速道度など往復交通料金（1000円）を要求しました。でも拒否され、「今度の車検は割引させてくれる」と言われた。恥知らずであるの？こんな信用もない会社なんて2度と利用したくないと。本当に最悪です。

こちらが質問に答えたら、なにやら機嫌を損ねたみたいで目も合わせず、ぶっきらぼうにこちらです、と一人でスタスタ前を歩いて説明も無しで代車の前まで来た。
最初の修理の契約の時もすごい待たされるし、電話で何度も説明していることを何度も聞くし、
ちかくのもう一つの店舗は感じ良かったのにこっちはハズレだった。

特にトラブルもなく翌日には終了。（輸入車のため1泊2日）
評判の通り費用ももちろん安く、対応の仕方や時間もスムーズで気持ちよく進めることができた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12ヶ月点検で初めて利用。ものの30分で終了。空いてたせいもあるが。後輪ブレーキパッドの減りと、タイヤの寿命を指摘される。パッドは仕方なく交換。タイヤは値段聞いたら8万だと！！決して安い価格ではない。まあ、こう言うところで利益を取っているのだろうが、タイヤ交換なら他にもっと安いところがいくらでもある。来年の車検はどうしようか…??。考えどころである。
