★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中央卸売市場（食肉市場内）にある食堂です。
お店に入るには守衛さんの前を通らないと行けませんが、記名の必要はありませんでした。
店内は昔ながらの社員食堂といった趣で、壁一覧にメニューが貼られていました。
食肉市場内にあるためか、ホルモンも鮮度が良さそうであり、臭みなどは全くありませんでした。
ご飯がやわめですので、好みは分かれると思いますが、煮込みの煮汁や卵かけご飯で食べる分には問題ないかなと思います。
4名掛けのテーブルが5〜6つあり、そこそこの広さでした。
品川駅港南口から直ぐ行ける場所にありながら、安くて美味い食事がいただけて大満足です。

There were 5 to 6 tables for 4 people, which was a reasonable size.
Although it is located just off the Konan exit of Shinagawa station, I am very satisfied with the cheap and delicious meals.

煮込み定食を食べるつもりで行ったのですが、何故か隣のおじさんが頼んでいたもやしそばが美味しそうで注文してしまいました。
結果大正解。普通のひねりのない中華そばにもやしのあんがたっぷり。
全く想像したどおりのお味。
とても美味しかったです。連れが煮込みを頼んでいましたが唐揚げのほうが美味しそう。
次に行くときは唐揚げかなぁ。
ごちそうさまでした。

I was going to eat a stewed set meal, but somehow the sprouts soba that my neighbor had asked for was so delicious that I ordered it.

待ち時間を利用して、おすすめっぽい煮込み定食を頂いた。
勝手に妄想していたよりも量が少なめだったけど、食べ終えてみたら丁度良い腹具合になった。
国産牛を使っているらしい頰肉とこんにゃくの煮込み、味噌汁仕立てのモツ煮込みはどちらも柔らかく煮込んであって美味でした。
値段がも少し安かったら☆5つかな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで利用。ランチは市場関係者よりは近隣のサラリーマンが多いイメージでした。
オフィスビルに囲まれる中央卸売市場ってところが太田市場や豊洲市場と違うところでしょうか。
とにかくランチは(まん防に入ろうというタイミングなのに)こみ合い相席必須な状況です。
高くは無いけど、付近の居酒屋ランチと同じぐらいの価格帯。
観光気分ならもつ煮込み一択ですが、メニューはバラエティーに富んでいて壁に貼られている短冊を見ると迷いに迷ってしまいます。
フロアの店員は初老の男性で、タブレットやPOSみたいなハイテクに全く頼らず多数の注文を捌きつつ常連と雑談していく熟練のスキルを感じます。
のんびり落ち着くランチではなくサクサク食べるのに向いています。

平日休みだと朝ゴハンの選択肢が広がる小生。（ ´_ゝ`)…。
休みだと早く起きてしまうことも多々あるもので、そんなときは朝の空気を吸いながら朝ゴハン探しに出るのである。

そういえばこちらが朝からやっているのを思い出し久しぶりのお伺い。かなり前になるが前回はお昼の訪問であった。

市場の中に入り入店、朝からけっこう混んでいて、仕事前なのでツケで食事や買い物をする人も多いみたい。
こちらはやはり煮込み。煮込み定食890円を玉子でお願い。( ﾟДﾟ)∩ ﾊｲ
和牛ホホ肉の醤油煮込みである牛皿は旨味良し。甘いタレで煮込まれ、生玉子にタレをぶっ込んでゴハンにかけてかきこむ幸せ。(*´д`*)
煮込み汁は味噌汁に煮込みを入れた面白いもの。モツにワイルドな匂いはけっこう残ってはいるが、濃厚な汁が美味い。
朝から市場での荒々しいゴハンも久々である。
壁一面にメニューがぎっしり、また来るのも楽しみ。

特に記帳とかせずに入れました。
値段、味共に普通ですが、現場感がある雰囲気を楽しめます。
ご飯は多いので、食べきるつもりならば追加でおかずを頼んだ方が良いかも。
