ワンタン麺大盛&餃子

☆駅も商店街も無い住宅街にポツンとあって、店構え的にも絶対に知らない人は入らない店。私も同僚に連れられて行ったので入りましたが、最高の町中華です。不便&目立たない場所まるごと。更に奥様が亡くなって、店主の体調も悪く不定休的営業なに、どんどん客が来ます。
☆餃子最高です。
☆うかつに大盛りは注文してはいけません。他の方が投稿していますが、例えば大盛オムライスは枕の様です。
☆ラーメンのスープは、とても上品且つ濁らない様に手をかけた味です。

☆ Don't order large servings. Others have posted, for example, Omori Omurice is like a pillow.

11:00開店との事で近隣の駐車場に車を停めて訪問。
11:02開店していないので裏口から店主が出てきたので開きます？と聞いたらちょっと待っててと…
その後15分待っても開く気配なし?
中からトントンと包丁の音が…準備できていないのか？
うまいとか不味いとか、量が多いとか安いとかいう以前の問題?
時間を守れないのは、お店の基本がなってないですね。
他の人のコメントに奥様が亡くなったとか書いてあるが、1人で準備が大変なら、最初から11:30とか12:00からにすべき！それに中にもう1人いたし?
いつ開くかわからないので帰ってきました?駐車料金返せ‼️

コレはデカい！ゴハンの量がハンパない！
ルーが不足気味になります。
が、しかし！無愛想気味な店主が足りなかったら
声をかけてと優しい一言をくれました。
怖そうだが本当は優しい系？
ありがたい！(毎回、言ってくれるのかは不明)
しかしさらなるボリュームアップで胃袋は耐えれそうにもない。これは悩む。今回せっかくだがルーの追いがけは無しで。それでもはち切れそうなくらいパンパン。隣と向かい駐車場有りとのこと。

チャーハン油ギトギト。食べ終わった容器に油ベトベト。
店主が厨房でタバコ吸う←昔から。
料理人としてどうなんだろう。
この店、今の店舗オープンする前(前店舗、屋号もオーナーも同じ)から知ってるし、リニューアルオープン(現店舗)した当日に行ったことある。
でも今(2022年)確実に味が落ちたと思う。

11：35に訪れると先客はなく
店主がカウンターの向こうに鎮座されてました 扉は左右びらきのひきどの両方を10cmずつ程開けていたほか カウンターは2座席ずつアクリル板で区切ってコロナ対策を講じてました
カウンターの一番手前に着座 ワンタン麺とチャーハン（メニュー上は焼飯）のハーフをオーダー
その後すぐに一人来店されて 一番奥のカウンター席へ
程なく料理が運ばれてきました
塩味はちょうど良く 卵が少し焦げるくらいにしっかりと炒めた御飯が香ばしい
ワンタン麺は昔ながらのラーメンのスープのような懐かしい味
その後 近所の？常連さんらしき３人組と 一人客が来ましたのちに
料理を平らげて店を後にしましまた ごちそうさま

Wonton noodles have a nostalgic taste like traditional ramen soup
After that, in the neighborhood? After a group of three people who seem to be regulars and one customer came
After flattening the food, I left the restaurant again.

美味しい中華屋さん。
ラーメン、チャーハン、オムライス、どれも深みのある味で飽きない味。
店主も優しく心温まりました。
外見は年季が入っているが、店内は清潔感があります。

タンメン大盛りを注文。
麺へたどり着く前にお腹いっぱいに…
気合いで食べきりましたが、味は普通(気持ち薄い？)だがこの量を750円は安い。
常連さん達は店主さんを気遣うように、お水や配膳を進んでやっていたので、親しまれてるなと感じました。
他のラーメンも試してみたいと思います。
※大盛りはもう頼みません笑
私は煙草が好きでは無いので、厨房で吸われて気になったので☆一つ下げ。
後日、仕事帰りに寄りました?
サンマーメンなるものを注文。
中華丼醤油ベースの餡掛けが上に乗ってる感じと言えば伝わるか。。
熱々でなかなか食べるのに手こずりましたが美味しかったです！
前回の昼間と変わって、今回は夜来ましたが、飲んでる常連さんもいていい雰囲気でした☝
