T	TAK St on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻婆麺と炒飯のセットを頼みました。麻婆麺は、なんの特徴もないペラっとした味のスープ、ギシギシとした硬めの細麺の上に、ちょろっと麻婆豆腐が乗っていました。スープの色は麻婆と混ざり合って赤くなっているとかでもなく、ベースとなっている醤油ラーメンの色のままです。あれ、メニュー表ではもう少し赤々としたホットな見た目だったはずと思いつつ麻婆豆腐をレンゲですくって口に運んでみると、冷え冷えでした。おそらく、作り置きの麻婆豆腐を冷え切ったまま醤油ラーメンの上に乗っけたのだろうと思います。また、麻婆豆腐自体も、昭和からあるような丸美屋の中辛以下の辛さで、全くパンチがありませんでした。四川風と広東風？のいずれを良しとするかは人それぞれの好みでしょうけど、私が麻婆麺を注文するときは、辛さと熱さで二重にホットなものを欲している時ですので、この店の麻婆麺は圧倒的に物足りないです。また、前述のとおり単に醤油味の素ラーメンに冷えた麻婆豆腐を乗せただけのものですので、料理としての一体感もありません。普通の醤油ラーメンと麻婆豆腐を別々に注文した方が良さそうです。以上、少なくとも麻婆麺については文句なしで星１つです。 I ordered a set of mapo noodles and fried rice.
