T	T Nomura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天満のお好み焼き「ふじ」今日もお好み焼きです！周りから心配されるほどお好み焼き食べてますが、先日の健康診断では体重も腹囲も去年と変わらないと言われて安心しています。この日は天満エリアから。「ふじ」さん。緊急事態宣言が出てからしばらく休業されていましたが、営業再開されたタイミングでの訪問。看板の「ママが作る日本一」がいい感じ。恐らく韓国系のママは面白い方。キャラの濃い大阪のおばちゃんではなく、おっとりした方。（と思いました）広島モダン（ブタ）990円お好み焼きは広島風。大きめキャベツは生地の間で蒸し焼きにそれてジューシー。野菜の水分が出た分、オタフク系の甘めのソースが良い仕事します。表面はカリッと中はトロっと良い火入れ。テッチャン鍋1430円×2人前人気メニューのテッチャン鍋も注文。お好み焼きと鍋の組み合わせって面白いっす。プリップリのテッチャンがごーろごろ。ピリ辛キムチ味でお酒が欲しくなるやつ。たまらん！！汗だくなりながらもお箸が止まりませんな。〆にうどん（値段不明）を投入。最後まで楽しめますな。その他メニューポーション大きめのメニューが多いから大人数で行くと、もっと楽しめそうやなー。 Tenma's Okonomiyaki "Fuji" Okonomiyaki today too!
