T	T Nomura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天満の老舗お好み焼き「つる家」ハンバーガーにはまりつつある僕ですが、隙あらばお好み焼きにも行く。去年からお好み焼き行脚を続けております。この日は天満駅すぐの「つる家」さんへ。なかなか行く機会がなくて今更の訪問。 1959年創業とのことで60年以上の大ベテランです。ちなみにすぐ近くの千草さんは1949年創業とのこと。両方凄いですけどね！アットホームな空間４人がけのテーブルが並ぶ店内。レトロな雰囲気で味があります。優しいお母ちゃんが対応してくれるアットホームな感じが良いっす。一人での訪問ですが気分が和みます。好み焼きは自分で焼く方もいますが、お店の方に焼いてもらうことに。自分が焼くと綺麗に出来ないので・・紅梅モダン1050円注文したのは豚・いか・海老・蒲鉾が入った「紅梅モダン」この辺りの地名「紅梅町」が由来かなと思うけど、お店の住所は紅梅町ではありません。ふわふわのトロトロのオーソドックスな大阪のお好み焼き。キャベツが多めでシャキシャキ甘い。蒲鉾を入れるのがちょっと珍しいスタイル。カラシとマヨネーズをたっぷりつけているのも良い感じ。一品モノも美味そうでした。ゆっくりワイワイ飲み会したいお店だなー Tenma's long-established okonomiyaki "Tsuruya" I'm addicted to hamburgers, but if I have a chance, I'll go to okonomiyaki. ゆ	ゆゆy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大好きで、良く行きます。お好み焼きの話題ではなく、個人的イチオシを。「焼きうどん」と「味噌汁(定食セットで)」クソ美味い！！もう、ホンマに美味いんだなこれが。「ジュー、ジュジュジュッ！」って、目の前で湯気バリバリ上げながら仕上げて頂ける喜び? 味噌汁も熱々具材たっぷりで、そのへんの定食屋のヤル気のない味噌汁の5倍美味い！瓶ビール、またはきちんと濃い目に作って頂ける各種サワー類と共に是非。お母さんと娘さんもいつも丁寧で、居心地良いです。 I love it and go often. Q	Q P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 優しいおばちゃんとお孫さんで切り盛りされているお店自分で焼いても良いし、自信がなければお願いすれば焼いてくれますでもせっかくなので少し狭い席と目の前の鉄板を味わいながら自分で焼いたらなお美味しいと思います！昔ながらの大阪の人懐こさもあり、お客さん同士仲良くなったりする雰囲気があります地元でご商売をされてる方々が頻繁に来られるので、賑やかで愛されてるのが分かりますメニューはどれも美味しいです丁寧に仕込みをされている牛すじコンニャクねぎ焼きが美味しいですしかしなんと言っても1番のおすすめは焼きそば！オリジナルでブレンドされていると言う少し甘めのソースと太めのつるんとした麺が合う！そしてお釜で炊いてると言うご飯を握ってもらってシンプルつやつやおにぎり！大人でもつい注文してしまいます笑添えてある漬物も手作りで美味しくいただきます有名チェーンも良いですが、個人で頑張られているお店を応援したいです笑 A shop that is filled with gentle aunts and grandchildren You can bake it yourself, or if you are not confident, it will be baked if you ask.
