E	Etsuko Futaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーバーホールのため器材発送しても到着確認の連絡なし。こちらから到着確認と作業終了見込みをメールしたが終了見込み時期を1ヶ月過ぎても連絡なし。さらに1ヶ月してから完了との連絡あったが作業金額の詳細は荷物内をみてくれとメールでは連絡なし。段ボールは再利用、とホームページにあったがまさかオムツメーカーの段ボールを裏返しにして再利用されると思わずビックリ。さらには段ボールの外側に名前（名字呼び捨て）と金額が記載の付箋が貼られたまま輸送されてきた。次は頼まない。 Due to overhaul, there is no notification of arrival confirmation even if the equipment is shipped. I emailed the arrival confirmation and the expected completion of the work from here, but I did not contact even one month after the expected completion time. After another month, I was informed that it was completed, but I did not contact by e-mail asking me to look inside the luggage for the details of the work amount. The website said that the cardboard would be reused, but I was surprised to find that the cardboard from the diaper maker was turned inside out and reused. Furthermore, it was shipped with a sticky note with the name (last name abandoned) and the amount of money on the outside of the cardboard. I won't ask next time.
