朝は9時からなので出勤前にクリーニングを出すことは難しいですし、夜は１９時までなので仕事帰りに取りに行く事は出来ません。
あと、土日は大行列に巻き込まれる事が多いです。
It's cheap and helpful, but the short business hours are a scratch on the ball.
It's difficult to get the cleaning done before going to work because it's from 9am in the morning, and it's until 7pm at night so I can't go get it on my way home from work.
Also, on Saturdays and Sundays, I often get caught up in a large line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の接客態度が悪すぎる。特にリーダーっぽいおばさんの態度がひどい。土日行くと行列できるのに、店員は接客をほぼ一人でしか対応しないのですごく長い時間待たされる。昔は店員が接客を優先してやってくれていたのに、今は自分達の日々の仕事を優先していて対応が悪い。クリーニングの質は悪くないので行ってるが、それがなかったら絶対にいかない。
The clerk's customer service attitude is too bad. Especially, the attitude of a leader-like aunt is terrible. Although I can queue up on Saturdays and Sundays, the clerk waits for a very long time because I can only serve customers by myself. In the past, salesclerks prioritized customer service, but now they prioritize their day-to-day work, which is a poor response. The cleaning quality isn't bad, so I'm doing it, but without it I would never go.
