雲	雲外蒼天123 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 御祭神菅原道真　伊香留我伊香志男命斑鳩神社の名前から、聖徳太子関連の神社かと思いきや、菅原道真を祀る天満宮で、梅の木と寝そべり牛がありました。もともとは法隆寺の鬼門に当たるので、法隆寺の守り神だったようですが。元享四年（西暦１３２４年）に丘のふもとから現在の山頂に遷したそうで、地元では『天満さん』の名で親しまれています。天慶年間（938年以降）に、法隆寺９代管主湛照僧都（939～946年）により建立されたとのことで、彼が菅原氏の後裔であることも関係し、ここに建立したと伝えられています。もう一方の伊香留我伊香志男命（いかるがいかしお）は、斑鳩町あたりの産土神のようで、こちらが本来の御祭神でしょう。境内には唐破風をもつ大きな割拝殿があり、その奥に本殿があります。周囲をぐるりと回りながら本殿が見えないかと首を伸ばしたりしますが、高いコンクリートの塀に囲まれてほとんど見えません。スマホを高く上げて勘で写すのみです（罰当たりですが）。どうやら形式の異なる社が三棟あるようです。境内社としては厳島社、恵比寿神社があり、可愛らしい恵比寿さんのおお面が設えてあります。階段下の最初の鳥居の横に車は２台ほど止められます。近くの極楽寺霊園の高台に上るとこの辺りの景色の素晴らしさが分かります。 Sugawara no Michizane, the god of rituals From the name of Ikaruga Shrine, I thought it was a shrine related to Prince Shotoku, but at Tenmangu Shrine, which enshrines Sugawara no Michizane, there were plum trees and lying cows.
