他社にも行ったことはありますが、さんざん待たせて目を疑うような査定ばかりですので、アップルさん以外は行かないことにしています。

店舗敷地に入ってすぐに 店舗入り口から温かい声と笑顔で飛び出してきてくれたスタッフ（←のちにこの方が店長だとわかる）に出迎えていただきました。
その後の査定作業でも丁寧な対応をして頂きました。査定額の理由の説明もあり他店よりも高額の買い取り額でしたので納得して買い取りをお願いしました。この地域で買い取り査定をお考えでしたら、必ず寄るべき店舗だと思います。
他の方も 書かれていますが、接客は温かく丁寧で最高です。初めての方でも安心できるお店だとオススメします。

We received a polite response in the subsequent assessment work. There was an explanation of the reason for the assessed amount, and the purchase amount was higher than other stores, so I was convinced and asked for the purchase. If you are thinking of buying an assessment in this area, I think it is a store you should definitely stop by.
Others have written it, but the customer service is warm, polite and the best. We recommend that you can rest assured even if you are new to the restaurant.

電話対応から来店時の接客もとても良く、スムーズに取引を進めることが出来ました。

車を売ることが初めてだった故に勝手が分からず、まずは電話で問い合せてみました。その際の対応が非常に丁寧で良かったので、その時点でアップルさん以外の店舗で売却する考えはありませんでした。
実際に店舗さんへ伺わせて頂いた際も、こちらの話をよく聞いて頂き納得いく結果で売却できて良かったです。
また、スタッフさん全員でお出迎えとお見送りをして頂き終始好感が持てました。
