言わた。

面倒くさそうで、クッション言葉もなく「今、手が離せないんで」、名前は何度も聞き直される...
オートバックスは教育研修しっかりしているイメージだったけど、そうでもないのかと感じた。
忙しくて、人手不足でそういう対応になってしまっているのなら、オペレーション変えた方が良いし、
売り上げ減少になっている訳で、再教育するか、接客から外した方がいいんじゃないかと思う...
結局、他店で購入しました。

大抵一台しか稼働してなくて、そこらでブラブラしている店員が空いているレジで対応すれば良いのに、といつも思うが、その気配は全く無い。

と吐き捨てるように言われました。
皆さんがそうではないですが
その人のせいでとても不快になりました。
そんなに嫌なら、
接客業をしなかったらいいのでは？
オートバックスさんはどこも親切丁寧なので
こんな人もいるんだな、と驚きました。

以前スマートキーの電池交換を酒匂橋のトヨタでして頂いた時は￥1000でした。
AUTOBACSでは￥273でした。
この金額の差は何？
?をつけたお兄さんが説明書を見ながら手こずっているとベテランのお姉さんが交代して手際よく作業して頂きました。
