洗車半額日でも平気で洗車機使用禁止にする
メルマガ見て行って何度か騙された。
店員に言っても無駄でした。

農業用のガソリンも携行缶へ入れてもらえます。セルフ価格です。

値段も時間も説明なし。
しかも他店舗に比べ割高。
明らかに手持ち無沙汰なスタッフばかりで談笑しており、
オイル交換が終わった時は
車を放置したままありがとうございましたの挨拶もお見送りもなし。
次回オイル交換時期についてのシールは貼られていましたが、どこに貼ったかも口頭での説明はなし。
スタッフの接客も最悪でした。
二度と行きません。
しかも帰ったあと車を見ると明らかにオイル等で黒くくすんだ手形が。。。
ありえません。
ちなみにオイル交換の価格で言うとコバックが安く、サービスと品質でいえば彦根に他のガソリンスタンドがありますので、
もしこちらでお考えの方いましたらご参考までに。

By the way, Kobac is cheap in terms of oil change price, and there are other gas stations in Hikone in terms of service and quality.
