★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもの薬局が利用できず、初めて処方箋利用したが、小さい声で15分ほど待てといわれ、待ったあげくに調剤技術料はいつも利用している薬局より高かった。高くて遅く、ポイントがつくわけでもないし、何一つメリットがなく、まったくおすすめできない。

It's expensive and slow, not a point, nothing meritless and I can not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の昼間に行くと店員同士や知り合いの方と話してばっかりでまともに接客してもらえないので、時間があるなら他のドラッグストアに行くことをオススメします。私は二度といきません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急遽、土曜の午後に処方箋受付をやってるドラッグを探していて、ドラッグユタカに行ったのですが、土曜日の処方箋受付が13:00までやったので、『彦根で、近くで、どっかないかなぁー？』と思って、『あっ！河瀬にスギ薬局あるやん!!』というのを思い出して行ってみたら、処方箋受付は09:00〜21:00までで安心しました！初めて行ったのに待ち時間も5分ぐらいでスムーズに終わりました?
急ぎで薬が欲しかったので、助かりました。
