いつのまにか モツ入もメニューにあるみたいです。
家族で行くのならシェアするのも良いかもしれませんよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急に横手焼きそばが食べたくなり、比較的会社から近い「秋田ふるさと村」内にあるこにら、「出端屋」さんへ。
オーダーは、一押しメニューの「ピリ辛横手焼きそば」を。
オーソドックスな横手焼きそばの上に、お好み焼きのソースのように辛味ソースがかけられてます。この辛味ソースが、実は結構辛い(￣▽￣;) でも、掛かっている量がちょうど良く、メニュー名通りのピリ辛になってますね。これ、量を間違えると激辛になりそうなので、辛味の好きな人は多めに掛けてもらうといいかも(^ ^)
ちなみに、オーソドックスな横手焼きそばとは、少し太めのストレート麺で、しかも茹で麺。甘めの横手焼きそばオリジナルソースでの味付け。そして、必ず目玉焼きがオン。薬味は福神漬け。ステーキやホルモンの具材、カレー味などバリエーションは有りますが、基本を守らないとNGなんです！
横手焼きそばの道も、厳しいんですよ（笑）

On top of the orthodox Yokote Yakisoba, a spicy sauce like okonomiyaki sauce is sprinkled. This spicy sauce is actually quite spicy (￣ ▽ ￣;), but the amount it hangs is just right, and it's spicy as the menu name suggests. If you make a mistake in the amount of this, it will be very spicy, so if you like spiciness, you may want to have more spicy (^ ^)
By the way, the orthodox Yokote Yakisoba is a slightly thick straight noodle and boiled noodle. Seasoned with sweet Yokote Yakisoba original sauce. And the fried egg is always on. The condiment is Fukujinzuke. There are variations such as steak, hormone ingredients, and curry flavor, but if you don't follow the basics, it's NG!
The road of Yokote Yakisoba is also tough (laughs)

おすすめはもちろん「横手やきそば」ですが、
「ピリ辛横手焼きそば」や「カレーやきそば」もオススメです。

飲食ブースでは、ダントツに並んでました。

見た目は普通にショッピングモールのフードコートという感じです。
美味しい横手やきそばいただくことができます。おすすめは佐藤養助とのはしごです笑
お会計は現金のみです。キャッシュレス使えたらいいのにな～?
