★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前伺ったときに店長さんのような方が優しく指導してくれていた店員さんの腕を引っ張って「ここはいいから」と罵倒していました。ひどいです。せっかくの楽しい体験が台無しでした。二度と行きません。
When I visited him before, he pulled the arm of a clerk who was kindly instructed by a person like the store manager and cursed him saying, "This is good." It's awful. The fun experience was ruined. I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5月某日、家族でGWにふるさと村のプラネタリウム鑑賞後に寄りました。
娘のリクエストでキャンドル作りをしたのですが、店長さんかな？スタイルのいい年配の女性が、娘に作り方を教えてたスタッフさんをどやしつけ「かわりまーす」となぜかスタッフさんとチェンジしてしまいました。
砂の量は5杯とか入れ方とか、細かくアドバイスをしてもらったのですが、子供は自由に作れないのと威圧的な言動にビビって一気に楽しくなくなったみたいでした。
最初に付いてくれたスタッフさんは親切だっただけに残念です。
客前でイラつきながらスタッフをどやしつけるのって、まるで一昔前のラーメン屋の店主だよな、と旦那様も言ってました。
飾ってるキャンドルが楽しい思い出につながらないのが、なんとも悲しい。

I made candles at my daughter's request, but is it the store manager? An elderly woman with a good style disciplined the staff who taught her daughter how to make it, and for some reason changed to the staff.
I was given detailed advice on how to put 5 cups of sand and how to put it in, but it seemed that the intimidating words and deeds that children couldn't make freely made it less fun at once.
It's a pity that the staff who came first was kind.
My husband also said that it was like the owner of a ramen shop a long time ago to squeeze the staff while getting frustrated in front of the customers.
It's sad that the candles on display don't lead to fun memories.
