★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高速道路でiPhoneを落とし、画面ほぼ全損、スリープボタンも故障してしまいました。アップル正規店では修理できませんでしたが、画面のみの交換を対応していただき、スリープボタンについても親身にご対応いただきました。本当に助かりました。ありがとうございました。

液晶に傷があり液晶交換の可能性もありましたが
丁寧な作業でバッテリー交換のみで済みました。
説明もわかりやすく、また利用させて頂きたいと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は初めてスマートフォンを壊してしまい、バックアップなども取っていなかったため、正規Apple会社の修理では初期化が免れない状況でした。もちろん、iCloudにはある程度のデータは入っていたのですが、容量を拡張していないことに加え、ゲームアプリなどを含めた大切なデータが消えてしまうと考えられたので、こちらのお店を頼らせて頂きました。
始めは非正規店での修理は不安でしたが、初めから最後までとても丁寧に対応してくれました。落下が原因で画面がずっと真っ暗だったのですが、ディスプレイを交換して頂いたところ無事に元に戻りました。こういった機器に関しては無知でしたが、そんな私にも理解できるようにわかりやすく説明してくれて、その後のアフターケアの案内など、至れり尽くせりでした。そういったサービスに対してもお金を払いたいくらい充実していて、とても満足です。
大切なスマートフォンを直して頂いたことは、感謝してもしきれません。
不安でいっぱいだった中、優しく丁寧に対応してくださった根本さん、本当にありがとうございました。

Of course, iCloud contained some data, but in addition to not expanding the capacity, it was thought that important data including game applications would disappear, so I decided to go to this store. I relied on it.
At first, I was worried about repairs at non-regular stores, but they responded very politely from the beginning to the end. The screen was black all the time due to the fall, but when I replaced the display, it returned to normal. I was ignorant about such equipment, but he explained it in an easy-to-understand manner so that I could understand it, and after that, I was completely exhausted with guidance on aftercare. I am very satisfied with the fulfillment that I want to pay for such services.
I cannot thank you enough for fixing my important smartphone.

安心して過ごしているなか、我が子がお友達の携帯画面を割ってしまったので、今回も画面修理をお願いしました。
前回と変わらず今回も迅速丁寧に対応してくださりました。
修理も30分もしなかったと思います。他の用事を済ませていれば、あっという間にストレスフリーな画面に元通り！
携帯は毎日使う物なので、すぐに直してくださり大満足です！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話予約した当日に店舗に到着し、修理自体は1時間程度で完了（修理内容の説明、修理前後の動作確認&モバイル補償加入サポート含めて約2時間でした）。手際よく対応いただき感謝です。
PIXEL4aの画面破損と液晶漏れのため、PIXEL5aへ機種変更するか悩み、液晶と背面交換を選びました。総額29260円、機種変更よりも10000円程度は安くすみました。
モバイル補償も入りましたが、長く大事に携帯を使いたいと思います。。

Due to the screen damage and LCD leakage of PIXEL4a, I was worried about switching to PIXEL5a and chose to replace the LCD and the back. The total cost was 29,260 yen, which was about 10,000 yen cheaper than changing the model.
Mobile compensation is also included, but I would like to use my mobile phone carefully for a long time. ..
