★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5年ものの5sのスピーカー不良でお伺いしました。
(こちらで見ていただいた結果、原因としては、以前バッテリー交換をした別の非正規修理店での作業のまずさが問題だったようです。。。)
最初はスピーカー交換が必要とのことでしたが、実際に中を見て交換が必要ないということで、部品交換なしの作業料のみで対応いただきました。
目の前で丁寧に作業していただき、説明も丁寧ですぐに治ったので大変助かりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この前修理に行きましたがその後、ブラウザアプリの調子がおかしくなった為、相談した。当初は修理後は３か月無料と言われた。しかし実際には、別料金で4000円から6000円もかかると言われ、話が違うし、もちろん断った。修理後保険に入れば月額700円支払えば10万までは無償にすると、しつこく勧誘されかけた。修理後のトラブルにもかかわらず、修理相談も有料とは全然話が違うし、説明も全然違った。不親切極まりない、もう二度と行きません。

Despite the trouble after the repair, the repair consultation was completely different from the paid one, and the explanation was completely different. Extremely unfriendly, I will never go again.
