ウオロクやドラックトップス、しまむらがあるあたりにあります。割合こじんまりとした印象ですが美味いです。注文は食券から。ライスが初めから売り切れなんて券売機で✖︎表示されてることがありますが、大抵言えば難なく出てきます。ベースのスープは、塩と油が両者際立つ感じ、ちょい太めの麺と絡むと美味いです。今回頼んだのは梅干のせ800円。酸っぱさとだしのうま味が楽しめる大振りのうめぼしは、スープの塩気と油と相性が良いみたいでとても気に入りました!

どうしても家系食べたくて、約1年ぶりの高野家。 硬め、濃いめ、多めで注文。 もちろんライスもいただきました。 最初の印象は「味変わってる」でした。 さらにスープの量は全体的に少ない印象でした。 濃いめで注文しましたが、以前よりカエシの塩味が強かったです。 逆に豚骨の旨味が弱い感じでした。 多めの割に鶏油を強く感じられなかったです。 しばらく行かなくていいかな・・・

『らーめん高野家』v(゚ω゚)ここは見附市。見附ショッピングセンター向かいのラーメン激戦区です。昼前の11時に到着しましたが既に3名の方が食事をされていました。お店は小さめの15席程度。「ラーメン ヤサイ」800円を注文。なぜカタカナ?なのか考えながら着席して待っていると、どんどん席が埋まって行きます。もしやこれは人気店なのか…? 着丼しさっそく頂くと、麺は太めストレート。濃厚白濁豚骨醤油スープに鶏脂の香りと味。なんだ (゚∀゚) なんだ ( *´艸`) これ旨いやつでした。 癖になって時々食べたくなる系です。横浜家系特有「海苔とほうれん草」二郎系「キャベツともやし」スープと麺は横浜家系。ミックスで楽しめます。ここは美味しいお店です ( `ー´)ノ

味の濃さ、麺の硬さ、油の量はすべて普通で注文。美味しいは美味しいけど旨味よりも塩っぱさの方が強い感じかな。以前はこんなに塩っぱくなくもっと美味しかった気がします。悪くはないけど黒崎や上越市の家系のお店の方が自分の好みに合ってると思いました。

【高野家】※六角家系譜 こちらは六角家出身。 そして同じく新潟の濱之家さんを輩出しています。 明るくてカジュアルな雰囲気のお店です。 大寸胴が2つあるのは見えました。 もちろんスープはしっかり炊いています。 スープはバランス型。 鶏油は多め。 たっぷり浮いていていい香りがしました。 スープは粘度はなく豚骨感は弱め。 見た目ほど出汁感やコクもなく薄く感じます。 あんまり余韻も残らずあっさり味。 醤油感も控えめ。混ぜてもそれほどではありません。 この系列の中でもかなり軽いスープですね。 鶏油が多いので全体的にボヤけてる感じがしました。 近藤製麺の中太麺は断面が正方形でほぼストレート。 ツルツルしてて弾力のある麺でした。 食感はいいけどスープとの絡みはイマイチでした。 チャーシューは肩ロースで丸いのを半分に切った半円形。 大きさや厚みは普通。 肉っぽさを感じる食感だけど硬くはなく 脂身の部分が美味しい。味付けは控えめでした。 ほうれん草は量は普通。 食感が良く、本来の味わいがして風味も良かったです♪ 海苔増しは5枚。 大きめで少し緑色っぽい海苔はスープに浸しても強く、 それなりに厚みもあり食感もしっかり。 磯の香りがするタイプで風味は良かったです。 想像よりライトなスープでしたが 地元の趣向に合わせているのかもしれませんね。 接客や雰囲気などはいいお店でした。 ラーメン+海苔増し。

開店当初は「美味いな〜」って思ったんだけど、最近は少し落ちたかな。いつ行っても店員さんの愛想は良いので○。量がもう少し多いと良いですね。 3月後半、初めて夜に来店しました。20時前でしたがお客は私だけ。昼は元気の良いイメージでしたが夜は暗い男性店員さんでした。調理場の方と話をするのは構いませんがねぇ。あの明るさをお客に出しても良いかな?
