★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワイン醸造所が作るどぶろくに興味を持って来てみました。無事購入！売店らしい場所は無く、わんこに吠えられて不安でしたが、事務所の入口にアルコールスプレーがあり、もしかして…と思ったところビンゴでした！美味しいといいな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 石和温泉駅の観光案内所で試飲させて頂いたワインがとても印象的で、思わず酒造ヘ行ってしまいました。現在はコロナの影響から、試飲や直接の販売はされて無いようです。が、銘柄が分かれば用意できるとの事で、無理なお願いに対応して頂きました。ピノ・ノワールブラン·····真っ赤なピノ・ノワールから無圧で果汁を搾リ発酵させた白ワインです って、ラベルの下に記載があります。一番気に入っているのは、ピノ·ノワール北野呂。タンニンの渋み色合い、お気に入りリストに登録です。2020年シェンブルガー❕、口に含んだ瞬間、桃色に染まる満開の桜が思い浮かばれます。ふわ〜と幸せになります。美味しさ作りのこだわりを感じました。
