I changed to the Sagami Line at Chigasaki Station on the Ueno Tokyo Line and Tokaido Line, and got off at Samukawa Station. There is nothing related to Kajiwara Kagetoki in front of the station, and there is no description on the information board. Finally, I was a little relieved to find the banner of the 13 Lords of Kamakura in front of the post office.
