半ライスも柔らかな炊き上がりで、しかも水っぽく、麻婆豆腐に付けたのに更にがっかり?

麺は好みに別れますが、
スープの問題。
醤油スープにラー油をかけただけ、

それから鶏チャーシューが硬い。
量も多過ぎる、残した。
ニラではなく水菜？
相方の日替わり定食。
エビチリも何か違うかな？
ってコメ。
私は好みかな？
でもリピはないな、ゴメンなさい。
