ついてくるミニラーメンは思ったより入ってる。
ニラレバチョイスしました。
ニンニクが効いていた。
ラーメンはうー麺の様な感じでした。

普通に美味しかった。
奥様らしき店員さんの対応も気持ちいい。
料理だけなら⭐️3.5位ですがトータルで4つです。

でも、また来てみたらやっているみたいだったので、恐る恐る入ってみたらとても感じの良い店員さんで、安心しました。
相方はエビカニ炒飯の塩加減が絶妙でとても美味しかったと言っていました。
私は次、ニラレバ定食食べに行くのが楽しみです。

本来なら

四川料理と分類されるのだが、
日本に来て鰹節を出汁に使ったり、ラーメンやカニ玉のように完全に日本のオリジナルの中華料理もある。
泉龍さん。
海鮮焼きそばと、ミニチャーハン。
海鮮焼きそばにはなんと大きなエビと、ホタテが！
そばの感じと、味は上海系。
なかなか上品な味わい。
思わず馬車道の周富輝の海鮮焼きそばをおもいだしたが、あそこまで単調な味ではない。
ミニチャーハン。
ミニでも本物のカニが…
パラパラ系のチャーハンは
気合いを感じた。
日本人の口に合う中華料理店。
場所が目立たないが、
客層も目立たない近所、地元の方々。
勿論、地元に支えられてる
美味しい店だった。
正直言って
ここまで本格的な中華料理だと思わなかった、
おススメします。

ミニラーメンも付いてボリュームもあり満足しました。麻婆豆腐も辛さ控えめで美味しいです。
