Be careful when driving on the north side of the tunnel, as it is easy to freeze after the rain or snow melts in the shade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山梨県道409号線にあるトンネルである。元々は上部に旧隧道があったが、梨木沢バイパスと共に整備され、この新トンネルが平成9年に開通した。住民の交通と観光名所である四尾連湖へのアクセス路として、有用なトンネルである。
このトンネルの北部からは甲府盆地の眺望が良い場所があるが、駐停車は危険なので止めた方が良い。
This is a tunnel on Yamanashi Prefectural Road 409. Originally there was an old tunnel at the top, but this new tunnel was opened in 1997 with the construction along with Nashizawa Bypass. It is a useful tunnel as a transportation route for residents and an access route to Lake Shibiren, a tourist attraction.
There is a good view of the Kofu basin from the northern part of this tunnel, but it is better to stop parking because it is dangerous.
