熱	熱海秘宝 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 背の低い若い駅員さんは、コチラが丁寧な言葉で話しても、無言でSuicaの処理をするだけ。民間企業としてのサービスや愛想を求めている訳ではありませんが、もう少し人対人のマナーとして常識を持ってもらえたら嬉しいなと思います！ A short young station employee just handles Suica silently, even if he speaks in polite words. 柏	柏原あやみ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ICカードで改札を通った後に忘れ物があったことに気がついて出たいと駅員に伝えると、８分しか経っていないのに入場料140円を支払うよう言われました。改札を通って８分しか経っていないことを伝えても決まりなのでの一点張り。決まりなのであればしょうがないので支払いがましたが。快く入場記録を消して外に出たことがないので驚いた。1月9日２２時頃の出来後です。対応を統一してもらわないと不満に感じます。そしてその駅員が無愛想、高圧的な態度だったのでどういう教育をされてるのか、、 After passing through the ticket gate with an IC card, I noticed that I had something left behind and told the station staff that I wanted to go out, and I was told to pay an entrance fee of 140 yen even though it was only 8 minutes. It's a rule to tell that it's only been 8 minutes through the ticket gate, so it's a point. I paid because it can't be helped if it's a rule. I was surprised because I never went out after erasing the entrance record. It's about 22:00 on January 9th. I feel dissatisfied if I do not have the correspondence unified. And what kind of education is being given because the station staff was unfriendly and had a high-pressure attitude?
