上層部は親会社からの出向組が就く。にも関わらず、説明会や面接ではあたかも出世出来るかのように言う。また、似たような説明会に何度も参加しないと選考を受けられず、いたずらに求職者の時間を奪う。
・面接官が高圧的
それを自覚してるのか、面接のはじめに録音、録画が禁止であることを言う。
実際に面接官から言われたこと。
1「何でこれでいいと思ったの？」
2「文章から熱意が伝わらない」
3「読み手のことを考えていない」
4「ヘラヘラしていて不快」
5「口くせなのかもしれないが発言が不快」
この他にも色々言われたが、個人情報に関わるので省く。
上記1〜3は書類を見ればわかるのだから、1時間以上の面接を行わず書類で落とせばいい。とても有意義とは言えない経験をさせてもらった。
・ I can't advance

・ Interviewer is high pressure
Perhaps he is aware of this, he says that recording is prohibited at the beginning of the interview.

1 "Why did you think this was okay?"
2 "The text does not convey enthusiasm"
3 "I'm not thinking about the reader"
4 "I'm sick and uncomfortable"
5 "Maybe it's a habit, but it's unpleasant to say."
I've been told a lot about this, but I'll omit it because it's related to personal information.
The above 1 to 3 can be understood by looking at the documents, so you can drop them in the documents without having an interview for more than an hour. I had an experience that was not very meaningful.
