契約の時期が、関係者のお盆と重なってしまい契約から鍵の受け渡しまでは、相談/確認いただくことも多かったですが、早めに返信いただけて、よかったです。

契約や鍵の受け渡しまではスムーズにしていただきましたが、契約後、こちらが書いた契約書を自宅へ送ってもらう段階で、いくら待っても来ず。
管理会社へ連絡すると、半月前にリライフ四谷店へ送ったとのこと。その際、配達記録も確認させていただきました。
リライフ四谷店へ連絡すると「本日発送予定だった」と。
さらに「最近そちらに届いたんですか?」と聞くと「そうだ」と。
管理会社と四谷は同じ都内なのに、届くのに半月かかるんですねー。
そして、こちらが連絡した日がたまたま発送予定日だったんですね。
配達記録を突き付けないと間違えを認めないんでしょうか?
契約して仲介手数料をもらったら、もう客じゃないんですね。
内見等では非常に良く対応していただいたのに非常に残念です。

Even though the management company and Yotsuya are in the same city, it takes half a month to reach them.
And the day we contacted happened to be the scheduled shipping date.
Won't you admit the mistake if you don't point to the delivery record?
If you sign a contract and get a brokerage fee, you're no longer a customer.
