m	masaru mori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近所に住んでいた頃かなり頻繁に行ってました。全ての焼き鳥が美味しくて、自家製のぬか漬けも美味しい。ここの焼き鳥はほぼ塩味で、タレはレバーのみです。あ、椎茸は醤油とレモンだったかな？レバーには白と赤があって、白レバーは塩、赤レバーはタレ味で確か白と赤では種類というか質が違ったかと思います。またお通しの大根おろし&うずら卵と野菜と自家製のお味噌も美味しいですよ。大将のこだわりのお酒で倉敷の荒走りという少し濁った冷酒がまた美味しい。〆は蕎麦かおにぎりですが、ボクはおにぎり派でお通しの野菜に付ける味噌を取っておいて具なしのおにぎりをよく食べてました。確か本当は梅とかおかかとか具があったような気がしますが… 席は多く無いので、いつもいっぱいでしたから、どうしても入りたい時には必ず電話してから行きました。カウンター6席くらいに4人テーブル×2と4人の座敷でいっぱいのお店。椅子さえあればあと4人くらいはテーブル席に加えられるかなぁ(^^; また行きたいなぁ。 I used to go quite often when I lived in my neighborhood.
