★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天ざるを注文しました。蕎麦は、山都町の農家から直接買付の（会津のかおり）。二八蕎麦と言わなければ10割と思うほどの蕎麦でした。量も多く食べ応えがありました。
天麩羅は、海老を含め7品目もあり中でも（イカ?）の天麩羅は初めて食べました。温かい天麩羅に温かい天汁は有り難い。小鉢が２つ付いて、1100円には驚きました。店主の採算度外視の心意気に感銘を受けました。非常に満足しました。
I ordered the heavens. Soba is purchased directly from farmers in Yamato-cho (Aizu Kaori). It was soba that I thought it would be 100% if I didn't say soba. There was also a large amount of food and response.
There are seven items, including shrimp, among which there are ten items. Thank you for the warm tempura and the warm tempura. With two small bowls, I was surprised at 1100 yen. I was impressed by the spirit of the shopkeeper's oversight. I was very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず、蕎麦は十割ではない。なので、そういう蕎麦を期待していると肩透かしを食らうかもしれないが、味は美味しい。どうしてもそば粉の味がぷんぷんする蕎麦を食べたいのであれば十割を掲げているお店に行くべきだろう。開店当初からすると相当味のレベルは上がっている。
うどんはやや平打ち気味で、かなりの弾力。これを「コシ」といってしまっていいのかどうかは悩ましいところだが、こちらも時を経るごとに美味しくなっている。
個人的に鴨せいろがお気に入りでよく食べに行く。
駐車場が異様に狭く、ピークタイム時にはすぐ埋まってしまうのが残念だが、来店人数があまり増えてしまうと回せないのだろうとも思う。
First, buckwheat is not 100%. So, if you are expecting such a buckwheat noodle, you might eat a shoulder open, but the taste is delicious. If you really want to eat buckwheat noodles with soba flour, you should go to a restaurant that has ten percent. From the beginning, the level of taste has increased.
Udon is a little flat and has a lot of elasticity. It's annoying whether you can call this "Koshi", but this is also getting better with time.
I personally like Duck Seiro and I often go to eat.
Unfortunately, the parking lot is unusually small and fills up quickly during peak hours, but I think that if the number of visitors increases so much, it will not turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会津山都から仕入れた蕎麦をお店で打っておられるようです。普通に美味しいです。値段も蕎麦の割にお安くて良いですね。 十割蕎麦で高額支払いで美味しくないお店よりはるかにうまいです。
蕎麦のコシもあり最高です。香りはまあまあ❗ってことで星4つ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気温30℃、おろしそばともり蕎麦(大盛)を二人で注文、おろしそばの具材は大根おろし、ネギ、かいわれ大根、鰹節、刻み海苔、わさびが配置され辛味がほんのりあるおろし大根と冷たいそばが絡み口に運ぶと暑さを吹き飛ばす美味しいさです。小鉢のなすの煮浸しときゅうり漬けもとても美味しいです。定番のもり蕎麦はリーズナブルな値段で量もあり、とても美味しいです。夏バテには、この二品かなぁ⁉️
