やっと、行くことが出来ました。
想像していた以上でした。
美味しかった。
ツルモチ系の麺です。（田舎蕎麦とは全く異なる）
どちらかというと更科そばに近い感じだけど、ちょっと違う。言わずとも盛りで行ってください。
友人が天ぷらそばをオーダーしたのですが、野菜が美味しい。さすが、オーナーは農家（のはず）です。
お店の場所がわかりにくいのですが、黄色の看板です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初訪問。畑の中の細い道を行きます。お店の前に車4～5台分のスペースがあります。高遠蕎麦をいただきました。蕎麦は香り、こし、冷たさ、文句なし、蕎麦湯は白濁トロトロ、満足でした。おろし汁に加えるためか、そばつゆは少々濃い目、辛めでした。ざる蕎麦のつゆとは異なるかもしれません。ご主人が感じ良かったです。他の口コミで評判が良かった天婦羅が食べてみたいです。ごちそうさまでした。2022/3/23。
First visit. Follow the narrow road in the field. There is space for 4 to 5 cars in front of the shop. I had Takato soba. The soba was fragrant, stiff, cold, no complaints, and the soba hot water was cloudy and I was satisfied. The soba soup was a little dark and spicy, probably because it was added to the grated juice. It may be different from the soba noodle soup. My husband felt good. I would like to try tempura, which was well-received by other reviews. Thank you for the meal. 2022/3/23.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼時に来訪 私と連れはざるの大盛を注文 待つこと10分 つやのいい蕎麦そしてわさびとネギの小皿を見た連れが 上手な切り方！と感心していました 私には違いが判りませんでした 蕎麦を口に運ぶと香りと喉ごしに満足 連れは食べ歩きに連れて行っても店の評価を滅多にしません
けなしたり褒めたり滅多にしないのに今回一言 おいしいと言いました
Visited at noon, ordered a large serving of colander with me, waited for 10 minutes, and saw a small plate of shiny soba and wasabi and green onions. I was impressed that I couldn't tell the difference. I was satisfied with the aroma and throat when I brought the soba to my mouth.
I said it was delicious this time, even though I rarely blame or praise it.
