ウイスキーはスコッチしか置かないというのは何の拘りなのか聞いてみたかったが。
マスターは如何にもバーテンダーらしいといえば良いのか、話し方、声のトーンまで。本格的に勉強されたのはすぐに分かる注ぎ方、ステア、氷の大きさ形まで。
カウンターも落ち着ける。店内の照度もちょうど良い。
ただ、アードベックが最後の一杯分しかないと言うのでお隣さんに譲ったが、スコッチしか置かないという割にはアイラモルトの代表的なボトルが切れるというのはどうだろう…その点くらいである。気になったのは。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都内の有名ホテルのバーよりはるかに良いバー。余計な食べ物がないので純粋にお酒を楽しめる。この店が銀座にあったらなかなか入れない。弘前で良かった。
A bar far better than the bars of famous hotels in Tokyo. You can enjoy sake purely because there is no extra food. If this store is in Ginza, it's hard to enter. It was good in Hirosaki.
