★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約を間違えられレストランの方に入れられていたのに、何だかまるでこちらが悪いかのように「じゃあレストランはキャンセルしておきますね」って言われ、いや...一言謝罪の言葉があっても良いのでは？と思い、モヤモヤしました。カレーは美味しかったです。
 Even though I made a mistake in the reservation and put it in the restaurant, I was told, “So I will cancel the restaurant” as if this is bad, no ... Is it okay? I thought, and it was frustrating. The curry was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 花見時期で忙しく 人手不足なんでしょうけど 「いらっしゃいませ」の声もない、お冷やもない、注文はこちらからいかないと取りに来ないでダメダメな接客なのであえて辛口評価にしました。
有名になってから、接客がイマイチです。
味は良かったんですけどね…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 弘前ではランチであえて行ける所がなく、有名と言われる蕎麦屋さん(高砂)にいったqものの、ものすごい待ち時間だったので、その近所にあるここに来ました。日替わりのサービスランチを頂きました。一般的な喫茶店のランチです。パンとデザートのマンゴープリンが美味しかったです。
There was no place to go for lunch in Hirosaki, so I went to a famous soba restaurant (Takasago), but it was a terrible waiting time, so I came here in the neighborhood. I had a daily service lunch. Lunch at a typical coffee shop. The bread and dessert mango pudding was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 弘前城や銀行記念館などの観光地が徒歩圏内のカフェです。弘前駅から出ている100円バス（土手町循環バス）「銀行記念館」から歩いて3分ほど。
席数は15席ほとでしょうか。カウンター席もあります。
弘前駅のガレットマップに惹かれ、平日お昼過ぎに一人でうかがいました。
終始丁寧な接客対応と、地元の食材を使ったランチメニューでした。
ガレットランチはガレットにサラダがついたものです。ガレットキジはモチモチ、中に卵、チーズ、豚肉が包まれております。ナイフを入れると黄身とチーズがトローっと溢れてきます。
ガレットははじめて食べたのですが、見た目に反して満足感のあり、美味しかったです。
シードルもランチでいただけるようなので、また行きたいです。
Sights such as Hirosaki Castle and Bank Memorial are cafes within walking distance. About 100 minutes by bus from Hirosaki Station (Totemachi Circulation Bus) “Bank Memorial Hall” About 3 minutes on foot.

I was attracted by the Garrett map of Hirosaki Station, and I was alone on the weekday after noon.
It was a lunch menu using local ingredients and careful customer service from start to finish.
A galette lunch is a galette with a salad. Garret pheasant is wrapped in eggs, cheese and pork. When you put the knife, the yolk and cheese will overflow.
I ate galette for the first time, but it was satisfying and delicious.
I want to go again because cider is also available for lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ガレットなるものは生まれて初めて口にしましたが、とても美味しかったです。野菜も新鮮でよく冷やしてあり、基本をしっかりしているお店だと思いました。
店員さんのおススメで、奇跡のりんごとハチミツのアイスクリームも食べましたが、これは是非オススメしたい一品です。アイスクリームというよりも、りんごの冷たいパテのようで、他では食べられないと思います。
地元の食材を利用したオリジナリティのある料理をリーズナブルに楽しめる、とても良いお店でした。
Garrett was born and told for the first time, but it was very delicious. I thought that the store was fresh, well-chilled with vegetables, and well-established.
Recommended by the clerk, I also ate miracle apple and honey ice cream, but this is an article I want to recommend. Rather than ice cream, I think it's like a cold putty of an apple and I can not eat it elsewhere.
It was a very good restaurant, where you can enjoy original dishes with local ingredients at reasonable prices.
