★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 充血がひどくなりウェブ予約をして行きました。が、当日行ってみるとコンタクト専門ということで、診療してもらえませんでした。近くの医院を紹介してもらいましたが、その場所からは少し離れた駅前の病院でした。土曜日も診療しているところ、立地も考えて時間調整して行ったにもかかわらず、窓口でお断りはあまりに無責任だと思います。診療できないならホームページに一般眼科を謳わないでほしいです。また、自動で受け付けてしまうシステムもやめた方がいいと思います。
コンタクトの方には便利でよいかもしれませんが、一般診療はお勧めしません。

受付を済ませて待合室で待っていると、急に診察できないと言われてしまいました。
具体的な説明はありませんでしたが、どうやらコンタクト専門の眼科医院のためのようです。
診察拒否されたのに帰り際に発行された診察券を渡せられました。これをどうしろと言うのでしょうか？
「この様な状態なのでどこか診察してくれる医院はありませんか？」と聞いたら「さあ？」と返事が。
呆れて帰りました。
コンタクトを作るときもここは利用することはないです。お勧めしません。
