かかりつけ病院だったのですが時間内なのに、医師が診療で遅くなりたくないとの理由らしく電話に出た受付の女性に断られました。
電話した時刻は17時40分で病院に到着したのは３分後、受付終了時間18時よりも20分も前でした。
重大な疾患でも何でもなく、です。
大変、残念な思いです。
I was surprised at the impossible response ❗️
It was a family hospital, but even though it was within the time, the woman at the reception who answered the phone refused because the doctor did not want to be late for medical treatment.
I called at 17:40 and arrived at the hospital 3 minutes later, 20 minutes before the reception end time of 18:00.
It's not a serious illness or anything.
I am very sorry.

念入りに検査をし、時間をかけて丁寧に説明してくれるのでとても好感が持てます。

適切に取り除いて頂きました。
何かあればまたこの病院でお願いしたいと思います。
