唯一のネックは、駐車場の台数が少ないです

受付の方、看護師さん、お医者さんみなさん優しくしてくださり安心しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の午後、突然、目の周りが腫れぼったくなり、痛みと痒みの症状があるため、急遽仕事を中断し、土曜日の午後でもやっている眼科を探しながら、雨の中、急いで車で向かったが、案の定、当該クリニック前の駐車場〔3台分〕は満車状態。
初診だったために第2駐車場の位置が分からなかったので、受付の方に質問したところ、駐車場の案内図を基にクリニックの裏の方〔クリニックの北西側の区画に4台分が有るが、狭路で一方通行のため北側のニ華高校側から大周りしてこないと駐められない。〕にあるとの説明を受けました。
すると、その受付の方は、雨の中、傘もささずに第2駐車場まで走って行き、空き状況を直接確認しに行って下さいました。
残念ながら裏の駐車場も満車状態でしたが、駐車場空き待ちの間、順番が抜かさせれてしまわないようにと、受付だけは先に行なってくれるなど、柔軟且つ親切な対応に、腫れぼったい右眼から見える視界に反して、とても気持ちが明るくなりました。
看護師さん、女医の先生もとても親切丁寧で、医療従事者の鑑の様な方々ばかりです。
病院なので、また来たいという言葉は不適切ですが、少し遠方でも、診てもらう価値があるクリニックだと感じます。

初めてコンタクト検査しに行ったのですが、順序などもわかりやすく教えてくれましたし、乱視用のコンタクトだったのですが、合わなかったら違うのを試させてもらったり、見えにくいなど無くなるまで何回も検査してくださいました。
看護士さん達も優しくて、お話するのも楽しいです。
先生も不安な所がなくなるまで親身になってくれます。
眼科で悩んでる人いましたらここをオススメします

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生が優しくていい雰囲気の病院です。年一度の検診でお世話になっています。
しかし最近入った眼鏡をかけた看護師さんがやたら煽ってきます。度数の違うコンタクトレンズを付けたとき、乱視のため見え方に変化がないことを伝えると「なんで見えないんですか」と言われました。その他にも荷物を勝手に持っていって不安にさせたり、コンタクトの処方箋が箱単位だと分からなかった為質問したところイライラしながら大きな声で「一箱からですが。」と威圧され、萎縮してしまいました。
正直来月の定期検診が憂鬱です。朝は混雑していてこのような事例に遭遇しやすくなると思います。じっくり気になる点を相談したい時は空いている時間帯に行くことをおすすめします。
追記 はじめてコンタクトレンズを買おうと思っていたのですが、大きな声で一箱一箱言われたのでその通りにしました。でも、あとから調べたら一箱では片目分しか買えないんですね。誤った医療知識を押し付けるなんてひどいです。看護師だから、忙しいから、新人だから患者さんにひどいことして良い訳ではありませんよね…？

女医さんの対応は非常に丁寧で、看護師さんたちも待ち時間を極力減らそうとテキパキと働いています。
老人に対して聞き取りやすいようゆっくり話しかけたり、その付添人に対しても病状の説明をしているのが印象的でした。
また、所々にキャラクターの切り絵があったりペーパークラフトを置いていたり、子供連れも安心できる病院です。
病院内の機器も綺麗で、最新型と思われる作りでした。建物の動線もスムーズで文句なしです。
