★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 筋トレ、有酸素運動のみのトレーニングジムです。24時間営業で仕事の時間に左右されなくトレーニングが出来ます。今のとこ筋トレガチ勢の人が多く見えますが少し引き締めたいとか筋力つけたい人も居ます。
スタジオとかプールがある一般的なジムより狭いですが混雑も無く落ち着いてトレーニング出来ますしそういうジム特有の主のように振る舞う人も居ないので安心です。
土日に利用しましたがマシンの待ちが出るような混雑も無くとても使いやすいです。
星4にしたのは昨日水素水が出て来ず200円無駄にしました。店員さんがいない時間だと泣き寝入りですね。
It is a training gym only for muscle training and aerobic exercise. Open 24 hours a day so you can train regardless of work hours. You can see a lot of people who have the current muscle strength, but there are also people who want to tighten a little or strengthen their muscles.
It is smaller than a general gym with a studio or pool, but it is safe because you can train calmly without congestion and there is no person who acts like the gym-specific Lord.
We used on Saturday and Sunday, but are very easy to use without congestion that waits for machine.
The star 4 was wasted 200 yen yesterday because hydrogen water did not come out. It is crying and falling asleep when there is no clerk.
