私は週に一回でも、楽しくいい汗を流すことができて非常にありがたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 設立時から通っていますが、常に会員目線で便利に楽しく進化していくジムだと思っています。殺伐としていなくて初心者でも通いやすい、かつ格闘技として1番大事なこと「強くなれます」。
万人におすすめできます。
I've been attending it since its establishment, but I think it's a gym that evolves conveniently and fun from a member's perspective. It is easy to get started even if you are not a slaughterer, and the most important thing in martial arts is "getting stronger".

自分は格闘技未経験で入会しました。
クラスでわからない事があってもインストラクターの方はもちろん、会員さんもアドバイスをくれます。和気藹々とした雰囲気でとても楽しいです。
強くなりたい人もプロ選手から教えてもらえるので本当に良い環境だと思います！
ジム選びで迷っていたらオススメします！

I joined with no experience in martial arts.
Even if there is something you don't understand in the class, not only the instructor but also the members will give you advice. It's a very fun atmosphere with a harmonious atmosphere.
I think it's a really good environment because professional players can teach people who want to be stronger!
If you are unsure about choosing a gym, I recommend it!

新しいことを始めたくて2階の初心者、女性向けのCHANGEに入会し、楽しすぎて本格的な1階のGROUNDSLAMにもお邪魔するようになりました。逆上がりできなくてもアラフォーでも太ってても格闘技って出来るんですね。そしてこんなに楽しいものがあったんですね。世界が広がりました^_^

十分ストレス解消出来ますし体力も凄くついて自信もつきますよ。
オンラインなら気軽に受けること出来ますし、一度試してみてはどうでしょうか？
先生はもちろん受ける人達も気さくで良い人ばかりです。
体を動かして心身ともにストレス発散！
