★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古墳時代後期に築造された前方部を南西に向けた墳丘長45メートル、後円部径28メートルの前方後円墳。前方部は半壊しており、埋葬施設は横穴式石室の可能性があるようです。古墳北側の道が若干、前方後円型のような感じかな？と思いました。後円部の墳頂付近に神明神社の本殿があるように見受けられました（未確認の推測ですが。）ビューポイントがすくなく、木々が生い茂り、墳形はわかりにくいです。案内板はありません。
 A front-rear burial mound with a mound length of 45 meters and a rear circle diameter of 28 meters, with the front part facing southwest, built in the latter part of the Kofun period. The front part has been partially destroyed, and the burial facility may be a side-hole stone chamber. Is the road on the north side of the tumulus a little like a front-back circle? I thought. It seemed that the main shrine of Shinmei Shrine was near the top of the burial mound in the rear circle (although it is an unconfirmed guess). There is no information board.
